Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a pipeline of potential instructors across various segments
Develop and maintain relationships with instructors, providing strategic guidance and support
Guide instructors through the course launch process, ensuring they have necessary resources and tools
Required Qualifications
Experience in partnerships, creator development, or business development roles
Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on creators and industry leaders
Ability to work autonomously and adapt to shifting priorities
Comfortable using data to inform strategy and measure performance
Experience in a creator-facing environment, such as edtech or media
