Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional customer experience with the software
Provide ongoing training and troubleshooting assistance to customers, coordinating with internal teams for timely resolutions
Assess customer satisfaction and implement proactive measures to improve retention and engagement
Required Qualifications
College degree and / or relevant industry experience preferred
Experience using CRM systems is preferred
Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn software tools
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset
