Key Responsibilities
Provide professional administrative and telephone support for incoming customer and branch phone calls, aiming for first call resolution
Handle general inquiries regarding customer statements and branch accounts
Process customer payments and update the automated credit card system in compliance with internal controls
Required Qualifications

Strong customer orientation and knowledge of telephone etiquette
