Job Description
- Delivers and picks-up packages and supplies between customers' offices and ABC Imaging locations
- Provides excellent customer service, maintains a professional manner
- Speaks with customers to identify opportunities for repeat business
- Obtains customer signatures; listen to & reports service complaints
- Maintains a detailed and accurate delivery and mileage log
- Communicates with dispatch via hands free radio and / or cell phone
- Maintains a clean and reliable vehicle for use
- Provides backup for production department and assists in moving ABC and customer equipment as needed
- Follows all company and government safety rules and regulations
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience1 – 3 years direct driving / delivery experienceMust own reliable transportation with proof of insuranceExcellent knowledge of metropolitan areaSuperior customer service abilityGood driving record with no violationsAbility to lift 70lbs frequentlyAbility to handle multiple tasks without losing focus.
