Clinical Research Site Manager - Denver, CO

Location : Denver, CO

Type : Full-Time

Shifts : Days

Summary :

Responsible for overseeing daily operations of the clinical research site, ensuring protocol compliance, high-quality patient care, and smooth coordination with sponsors and CROs. Leads site staff, manages study performance, and maintains regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily site operations and regulatory compliance (GCP / FDA / ICH)

Supervise and support CRCs, nurses, and clinic staff

Act as main contact for sponsors, CROs, and monitors

Oversee patient recruitment, consent, and retention

Ensure accurate data entry and timely query resolution

Manage study budgets, contracts, and site resources

Qualifications :

Bachelor's in Life Sciences / Nursing (Master's preferred)

3-5 years clinical research experience + 1-2 years management

Strong knowledge of GCP / FDA / ICH

Excellent leadership and communication skills
