Florida Licensed Property Accountant

A company is looking for a Remote Senior Property Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise a team of accountants in preparing and reviewing financial statements for condominium and homeowners associations

Ensure deadlines are met and communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding financial accuracy

Provide training, track performance goals, and assist with audits and ad-hoc reporting as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited institution

Minimum of five years of general ledger accounting experience

Supervisory experience is a plus; CAM license and CPA certification are preferred

Prior experience in property management, real estate, or residential management is highly preferred
