Designs, implements, and evaluates patient specific and population based programs of care. Advances the practice of nursing to achieve quality and cost effective patient outcomes. Leads multidisciplinary groups in designing and implementing innovative evidenced based practice that address system problems or patient care issues. Adheres to hospital polices, industry standards, best practices, and applicable laws/regulations and codes to promote a quality, highly reliable patient experience. EDUCATION:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Master's: nursing or equivalent education/experience
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:

BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

Pay Range is $81.06 to $117.52 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
