Are you an analytical human resources professional with experience using Dayforce? If so, we have an immediate hiring opportunity in Murfreesboro, TN. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years of in-depth Dayforce experience, and the technical skills to administer the system at the local office. A solid understanding of HR processes such as employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, etc. is required and proficiency in using Excel is also required. Position is open to local candidates as 4 days / week will be spent in-office. May require extended hours during system upgrades or projects deadlines. This is a direct hire position.

salary : $75,000 - $85,000 per year

shift : First

work hours : 8 AM - 5 PM

education : Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Serve as Dayforce administrator across modules
• Troubleshoot system issues and escalate to Dayforce tech support as needed
• Maintain system security and perform configuration updates and testing
• Build and maintain ad-hoc reports
• Perform audits and data validations
• Provide Dayforce training to end users
