Position Overview:

Holz Motors is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Auto Parts Counterperson to join our fast-paced parts department.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team that provides top-notch service to both retail customers and professional technicians.
You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the right parts quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding service to retail customers and technicians

• • Answer inquiries
  • Offer advice
• • Ensure customer satisfaction

1. Parts Identification & Sales:

• • Accurately identify and locate parts for vehicles and equipment
  • Offer solutions based on customer needs

1. Order Fulfillment:

• • Process orders efficiently
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery or pick-up of parts

1. Inventory Management:

• • Maintain inventory levels
  • Assist with restocking
  • Perform regular checks to ensure part availability

1. Collaboration:

• • Work closely with service department, sales team, and vendors
  • Ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Auto parts counterperson or retail experience preferred
• Knowledge of automotive parts and systems required
• Excellent communication
• Strong customer service orientation
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Maintain accuracy in fast-paced environment
• Work effectively in a team-oriented setting
• Familiar with computer systems and POS software
• CRM experience required; Tekion experience a plus
