Sterile Compounding Pharmacist – $160K–$185K + Up to $10K Signing Bonus | Stockton, CA

Location : Stockton, CA

Schedule : Full-time or Part-time | 1st & 2nd Shifts Preferred

Pay : $160,000 – $185,000 per year + Signing Bonus up to $10,000

We're seeking experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacists who thrive in a high-volume, regulated environment and want to make a measurable impact. 1st and 2nd shift pharmacists are highly encouraged to apply — competitive pay and signing bonuses are available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compound sterile preparations in full compliance with USP

    • , USP

    , and cGMP

  • Maintain aseptic technique, gowning, and documentation practices
  • Review and verify prescriptions and batch records for accuracy
  • Perform final product verification and batch release (as authorized)
  • Lead or mentor pharmacy technicians in sterile operations
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring full regulatory readiness

    • Qualifications

  • PharmD or BS in Pharmacy (accredited institution)
  • Active California Pharmacist License (multi-state license a plus)
  • Minimum 2 years of USP

    • sterile compounding experience (503A, 503B, or hospital)

  • Strong knowledge of aseptic technique, gowning, and cleanroom workflow
  • Familiarity with USP
