divh2Seasonal Cherry Picker Operator / h2pLocation : Perris, California / ppCategory : Warehouse / ppHourly Base Pay : USD 20.50 - USD 21.25 / ppThe starting hourly rate for this role is $20.50 / hour. / pp$2 shift differential for all hours worked between 6 PM and 6 AM / pp$2 equipment operator premium for applicable roles. / ppShifts : / pulliSun-Wed 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM / liliSun-Wed 5 : 00 PM - 3 : 30 AM / liliSat, Sun, Mon 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM (Part Time) / liliShifts are first come first served and may be staffed prior to your interview / li / ulpBenefits : / pulliReferral bonus / liliOvertime hours pay / liliWeekly pay (Fridays) / lili401(k) with company match / liliWayfair company discount / liliGrowth opportunities (Conversions, Promotions, and more)! / li / ulpWhat Youll Do : / pulliOperate Order Pickers (Cherry Picker), Reach Trucks, and Scanning equipment technology to locate and pick orders through the Warehouse Management System / liliProactively monitor order management systems to ensure that all orders have been received properly and that detailed descriptions are provided for any Overage / Shortage / Damage issues / liliAccurately identify units for storage or shipment / liliWork at heights of 30ft and repeatedly lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuvering product 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift / liliPerform additional tasks as assigned / li / ulpWhat Youll Need : / pulliMinimum of 6 months of cherry picker experience. Must be comfortable with heights (30 ft.) / liliMust be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 75 lbs. unassisted and moving product 150+ lbs. unassisted or via team lift. / liliMust be able to work on warehouse floor 8 hours a day or more. / liliStrong, consistent work ethic. / liliComfort with scanning technology. / liliExperience in Distribution or Logistics is a plus. / liliExperience working in High Jump is a plus. / liliAble to read and comprehend English to ensure your safety and the safety of those working around you. / liliMust be at least 18 years of age. / li / ulpWayfair is fully committed to providing equal opportunities for all individuals, including individuals with disabilities.
