Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute impactful Partner Business Plans aligned with partner goals and Microsoft's mission
Lead sales execution across priority solution areas and manage Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) revenue growth
Engage with partner leadership to maintain strategic alignment and facilitate business development initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science, or a related field
8+ years of experience in partner management, sales, or business development in the technology industry
Experience building and managing C-level relationships in the channel (6+ years preferred)
Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
