Job Summary :

Baptist Heath is seeking for a full time Manager for our IS Computer Production Services department here at Baptist Downtown. Please refer to the Job Description and Qualifications below.

The Manager has responsibility for computer based systems serves operations and network infrastructure. The Manager will help establish and implement standard practices and technologies across the organization by leveraging investments sharing best practices ensuring effective system utilization and ensuring adherence to security practices.

Must have an excellent understanding of the healthcare industry in a multi-facility environment. Experience and working knowledge of various systems and applications as listed above. Ability to forecast and manage departmental budgets.

Education / Degree Required :

Bachelor of Science in related field

Experience :

Experience working in a health care setting

8 Years Leadership Experience

Over 5 years Progressive IT Management Experience

Project Management Experience

Neccessary Skills :

Strong leadership and organizations skills.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex projects.

Strong experience in Microsoft Office Products (Word Excel Access Visio PowerPoint Project).

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
