St. Teresa Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, in Manchester, NH is looking for a MDS Coordinator ( Minimum Data Set Nurse) to join our Nursing Administration Team.

St. Teresa Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, in Manchester, NH , is a 51-bed skilled nursing facility offering short and long-term care in a warm, supportive atmosphere where residents are cared for according to their individual needs. Schedule; 32 hours, Monday thru Friday / On Call Requirement- every 5 week rotation.
