A company is looking for a Senior MarTech System Operations Manager to optimize marketing systems and enhance data insights.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end MarTech implementations, upgrades, and integrations
Drive digital transformation initiatives to modernize marketing operations and improve data integrity
Develop and maintain system and data governance frameworks for data activation across GTM initiatives
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in MarTech / GTM technology product management in B2B / B2B2C environments
Deep expertise with Marketo and Salesforce, including CRM integrations and analytics platforms
Proven ability to lead complex MarTech projects in high-growth SaaS or AI-driven organizations
Strong understanding of lead-to-revenue processes and data governance
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred
