What You'll Do :

• Heartfelt Connections : Build strong, positive relationships with residents and their families while fostering a spirit of collaboration among your fellow team members.
• Safety First : Plan and conduct essential safety drills, including Fire / Internal Disasters and External Mass Casualty exercises to keep everyone prepared and safe.
• In-Service Innovator : Organize and implement engaging educational programs to ensure our team continually grows and excels in their skills.

You'll assess needs, prepare schedules, and create impactful learning experiences.

Your expertise will help maintain high standards of hygiene and prevention practices.

What We're Looking For :

Compensation : Competitive salary ranging from $40 to $55 per hour, depending on your licensure (RN or LPN).
