Pharmacy Purchasing Director

A company is looking for a Director, Purchasing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage vendor contracts and supply agreements, analyzing pricing updates and discrepancies

Prepare weekly summaries for management on market changes and supply status

Provide leadership and oversight for purchasing, receiving, and stocking staff

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

At least 10 years of pharmaceutical purchasing experience

Minimum of 7-10 years managerial experience

Strong understanding of FDA & DEA regulations

Ability to collect and analyze data from multiple sources for decision-making
