We are seeking a Home Care Aide to join our team! You will provide routine care to patients at the client's homes. Assisting with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming, performing light housekeeping, preparing meals, and offering companionship.

Responsibilities :

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly or persons with disabilities
• Transport to appointments
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
• Medication reminders for self-administered medications
