An employer in the Southern CA area is seeking a Data Engineer. This is a primarily remote position, with expectation to come on site in Orange County once every few months. Client prefers candidate to sit in Southern California, but is comfortable with them living anywhere in CA.
This is a mid-senior level Data Engineer role. Candidate must bring proven expertise in building scalable data solutions and guiding data architecture decisions.

Required Skills & Experience
Mid to senior level experience in a Data Engineer role (5+ years)
Strong Cloud experience (prefers Microsoft Fabric but can have background in AWS, Azure, GCP)
Familiarity with EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) concepts
Expertise in building and managing repositories and scalable data pipelines
Strong python experience for data engineering and automation tasks
