Responsibilities :

  • Assist clients in selecting the right insurance policies to meet their needs.
  • Conduct thorough policy reviews to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Generate new business through referrals and networking.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the claims process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Educate clients on policy features, benefits, and exclusions.

    • Requirements :

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve targets.
  • Familiarity with insurance products and services.
