Professional Electrical Engineer Manager

PPS is seeking an experienced Professional Electrical Engineer Manager for our aluminum extrusion and finishing facility near Eugene. The Manager oversees electrical engineering projects supervising a team of engineers and electricians managing project timelines and budgets and ensuring technical and safety compliance .

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers in the design development and testing of electrical systems.
• Oversee project timelines budgets and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
• Develop and implement electrical engineering standards protocols and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to align project goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards local regulations and safety requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members.
• Review and approve technical documentation drawings and specifications.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support the professional growth of team members.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and relevant technologies.
