[job_card.job_description]Project Coordination : Assist in managing day-to-day project operations, ensuring quality control and that projects meet schedule and budget expectations. Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate records, track progress, and create project documentation including RFPs, RFIs, and change orders. Contractor Oversight : Coordinate and manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications. Site Supervision : Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. Collaboration : Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution and problem-solving. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 1 -3 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on residential or commercial projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations . Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.) and MS Office Suite. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
