Mitigation Manager

The Mitigation Manager manages the mitigation department including supervising technicians, coordinator, fleet, warehouse and all emergency services work with the assistance of an Assistant Supervisor and Coordinator, managing the projects and overseeing estimating.

Responsibilities include supervising technicians and departments, developing and maintaining department budget, approving or estimating all mitigation division jobs, and developing and maintaining customer relations and negotiations with all stakeholders involved with the projects.

Qualifications include presenting self and the mitigation department in a professional manner with appearance and demeanor while maintaining and building the company reputation, proficiency with all Microsoft products, IICRC Certifications, insurance program account management experience, knowledge and use of all equipment and solution usage, and excellent customer service / communication skills.
