Job Summary :

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team at the Snohomish Co-op, a locally owned farm and feed store. This position plays a vital role in the smooth operation of our store by ensuring inventory is received, stocked, and prepared for customer pickup or delivery. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, safety-minded, and familiar with agricultural or feed products. In addition they will have open availability, including available on weekends on a regular basis, and be flexible with when they work. This position is going to fill approximately 38 hours per week with varying start times.

Responsibilities :

• Greet Customers as they come into the Warehouse.
• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
• Accurately stock and organize products in the warehouse and retail floor as needed.
• Load customer purchases and deliveries, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
• Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and rotation of products.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely (training provided) [18+ for forklift operation].
• Fill Propane tanks on equipment and for customers (18+).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and yard.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate product flow and customer needs.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent injury and product damage.
