What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Representative to develop new business in the packaging industry. This position is focused on prospecting, solution selling, and closing profitable accounts. This is a true performance-based role the more you sell, the more you earn. If you love being in the field, building relationships in person, and closing business, we would like to meet you.

Position Overview:

• Prospect, qualify, and develop new business in targeted market segments
• Actively seek and develop new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking, and industry events
• Manage full sales cycle from cold outreach to long-term account development
• Meet or exceed assigned sales revenue, margin, and new business targets
• Maintain, develop and strengthen existing client relationships
• Conduct on-site consultations and solution presentations
• Maintain active pipeline and accurate sales reporting

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales or account management experience (packaging industry preferred)
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or packaging environments highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and manage territory
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary + commission (uncapped earning potential)
• Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications
