A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter to support hiring across its clinical organization during rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for clinical roles, including Physicians and Nurse Practitioners
Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and maintain alignment on priorities
Source and engage qualified candidates through various outreach methods and manage candidate pipelines
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of full-cycle clinical recruiting experience
Telehealth or virtual care recruiting experience strongly preferred
Solid sourcing skills with a proactive approach to building candidate pipelines
Demonstrated interest in using AI-driven tools for recruitment
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
