Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Cogent is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales and Marketing Coordinator to be a key teammate of our sales and marketing operations. This pivotal role is responsible for driving the execution of marketing campaigns, managing essential sales data through the CRM, coordinating key events, and maintaining our digital presence to support revenue growth.

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns. Utilizes a CRM to track sales data, maintains promotional materials inventory, plans meetings and trade shows, maintains shared databases, and upkeep of the company-wide website.

To perform in this position successfully, the individual must perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Markets products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics).
• Tracks sales data, maintains inventory, plans meetings and trade shows, maintains databases, prepares reports.
• Execute and manage multi-channel marketing and advertising campaigns based on market analysis and established goals.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, product line sales, and associated costs to inform future strategy.
• Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
• Provide tactical support to the Sales Team, including generating sales reports, tracking market trends, and ensuring access to up-to-date product information.
• Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising, maintaining research databases.
• Oversee the planning and successful execution of company meetings, industry conferences, and trade shows.
• Monitor and track marketing and event budgets, analyzing variances against forecasts.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to broader organizational goals.
• Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
