Physician / Family Practice / California / Permanent / Chinese Bilingual Family Medicine Physician -

This is a full-time primary care opportunity in San Diego, conveniently located with easy access to beaches, mountains, and all that Southern California has to offer. The position is in a not-for-profit community health setting that offers Family Practice, Pediatrics, Optometry, Acupuncture, Behavioral Health, Chiropractic, and Dental services.

Key responsibilities:

• See 18"22 patients per day

• Work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with a one-hour lunch

• Supervise mid-level providers

• Participate in peer review

• Take on-call duty as needed

• Use eClinicalWorks EMR

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary range: $232,960 " $290,000 per year, based on experience and internal equity

• Eligible for discretionary annual bonuses, including:

• Extra paycheck at year-end

• Quarterly productivity bonuses

• Additional bonuses based on annual performance scoring

• 401(k) with up to 4% employer match after one year and 1,000 hours worked

• 457(b) plan available immediately (no match)

  Requirements:
