About Your Role :

You will lead application development teams and collaborate with many cross-functional teams within technology and business groups. You will ensure predictable, consistent, and successful project delivery. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor large sized program and partner with key business stakeholders and IT senior management staff.

What You'll Do :

• Manage and ensure cost effective delivery of large and complex technology projects
• Develop customized solutions within the platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals
• Manage daily support and maintenance and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to application development / engineering teams on best practices, standards, tools, and methodologies
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams that are responsible for all aspects of a project, from initiation to closure

Approximately 10% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected

Salary Range $140,250.00 - $224,400.00 These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
