Hamilton Connections is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate for a warehousing company in Westfield, MA. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in an accounting department.

The hours are 7 : 30 am - 4 : 00pm, Monday - Friday. The pay is $20 / hour.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage incoming customer payments
  • Create / send invoices
  • Track payments
  • Account reconciliation
  • Prepare and run reports
  • Data entry
  • Other A / R duties as required
