Key Responsibilities :

• Process and close consumer and mortgage loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance from start to finish
• Prepare Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures in accordance with regulatory timelines
• Maintain strong working knowledge of TRID rules and regulatory requirements
• Manage a steady pipeline of loans
• Manage loan bookings and prepare of monthly and quarterly reports for Bank Directors
• Experience with commercial loan processing and closing is a plus, but not required
