Position Summary
Royal Caribbean Group (RCG) is seeking a seasoned IT Security Program Manager who will be responsible for the management and delivery of large Information Security (cyber) projects / programs within RCG’s Global Enterprise Technology (GET) department, ensuring consistency of processes across the various tracks. This role is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of strategic information security programs that reduce enterprise risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen RCG’s cyber resilience across corporate, shipboard, and shoreside environments.
You will act as the orchestrator across technology, security, operations, finance, and vendors, ensuring security programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business priorities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitates cross-team planning, estimation, and scope alignment for GET Security projects.
- Leads enterprise-level prioritization and sequencing of security initiatives, escalating trade-offs and risks to executive leadership.
- Owns and manages large, multi-track cybersecurity programs, driving program governance, structure, cadence, and reporting.
- Ensures interdependencies, risks, scope boundaries, and critical path items are visible and actively managed.
- Tracks and monitors program status, risks, issues, and changes using RCG’s PPM tools (e.g., Workfront, Jira).
- Designs, builds, and sustains high-performing, cross-functional delivery teams for flawless execution of enterprise security programs.
- Owns end-to-end financial management for assigned security programs, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and benefits tracking.
- Proactively identifies and mitigates program, operational, and cyber risks, supporting regulatory and framework alignment (e.g., NIST, PCI DSS, ISO 27001).
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with technical and non-technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Leads, inspires, and empowers delivery teams by setting clear expectations, fostering accountability, and creating an environment for growth.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills
