Key Responsibilities
Briefing new clients on operational execution and expected outcomes
Conducting technical discussions on operational activities related to cyber threat actor operations
Providing technical and product support for Managed Services and encouraging client renewals
Required Qualifications and Education
Four-year degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Knowledge of various SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, LogRhythm, QRadar)
Familiarity with the MITRE Attack Framework
Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
Current knowledge of client success practices, security threats, and network technologies
