About the Role :
The Assistant Service Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the service department at Lashley Kubota. This position is responsible for overseeing daily service activities, ensuring that all maintenance and repair tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The Assistant Service Manager will work closely with technicians and customers to facilitate effective communication and enhance customer satisfaction. By implementing preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting electrical issues, this role directly contributes to the overall performance and reliability of our equipment services. Ultimately, the Assistant Service Manager is key to fostering a positive service environment that meets the needs of our clients and supports the growth of the business.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a service department or automotive repair environment.
- Strong understanding of sales, customer service and management of technicians.
