Position Overview
As a Clinical Specialist (RDCS Certification Preferred), you will play a vital role in meeting the clinical needs of customers in your assigned territory. Collaborating closely with Territory Managers, you will demonstrate FUJIFILM Sonosite products, help secure new sales, and foster a seamless customer experience post-sale. Your responsibilities will encompass owning client relationships and promoting the adoption of FUJIFILM Sonosite products.

Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
Collaborate with Territory Manager to comprehend clinical needs, demonstrate FUJIFILM Sonosite products, and finalize sales
Implement FUJIFILM Sonosite products on-site and train customers on their use
Manage post-sales activities in the field, promote product adoption, and resolve customer issues to ensure ongoing satisfaction
Maintain customer relationships and presence at installed client sites
Communicate the overall value of FUJIFILM Sonosite products to customers and stakeholders
Assist Inside Sales Representatives in demonstrating products in the field as needed
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the Territory Manager to pursue and close these deals
Provide Clinical/Technical/Educational support to new and existing customers
Support other areas of the company as necessary
Act as the primary commercial resource in the absence of the Territory Manager
Ensure compliance with the company's quality system requirements
Knowledge and Experience:
Associate degree from an accredited ultrasound teaching institution
RDMS in Abdomen/OB GYN
RDCS or RDCS eligible, RVT or RVT eligible preferred
Minimum of three years' experience in diagnostic ultrasound (Abdominal/OBGyn/Vascular)
Experience with diverse requirements and detailed prioritization
Proven ability to understand both clinical and business needs
Capability to convert customer needs into actionable product requests
Skills and Abilities:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Adept at building and sustaining positive customer relationships
Professional interpersonal skills necessary for effective teamwork
Adaptable to shifting priorities and various workloads
Organized and capable of meeting deadlines for customers and FUJIFILM Sonosite
Willingness to travel 90% of the time
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodations
Self-motivated and able to work independently while engaging in collaborative team efforts
Exemplify professionalism while representing FUJIFILM Sonosite
Salary and Benefits:
$90,000.00 - $125,000.00/year based on experience, plus variable bonus opportunities (actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location)
