Catering Manager Responsibilities

Oversee all catering and private event operations , from inquiry to execution.

Collaborate with clients to design customized menus and event experiences that reflect our signature style.

Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure flawless execution and guest satisfaction.

Manage event logistics, staffing, and scheduling to keep everything running seamlessly.

Build relationships with repeat clients and local partners to grow the catering program .

Have 2+ years of catering or event management experience.

Are detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure.

Excel at communication and client relations.

Floor Manager Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver an outstanding dining experience.

Oversee daily operations — ensuring smooth service, polished presentation, and warm guest interactions.

Support staff training, scheduling, and performance management.

Collaborate closely with chefs and bar staff for excellent timing and coordination .
