Position Overview

A healthcare facility in Syracuse is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the Pediatric Acute Care Float Pool for night shift coverage. Nurses in this role will float among inpatient pediatric units, providing high-quality care to patients across multiple acuity levels. Client name is intentionally omitted for confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care to pediatric patients across assigned units.
• Respond to patient needs in a dynamic environment with varying acuity.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Work every other weekend and select holidays as required.
• Accurately document care using electronic medical records (EPIC preferred).
• Follow facility protocols and maintain a patient-centered approach.
