POSITION: Medical Social Worker (Full Time)
RESPONSIBLE TO: Social Work Supervisor
COMMITMENT: Full-time (40 hours per week)
STATUS: Non-exempt (3 months orientation period)

Under the direction of the Social Work Supervisor, the Medical Social Worker is responsible for psychosocial assessment and case management services for the participants of the Community Based Adult Service Centers.
JOB SUMMARY:
SALARY RANGE: The target hourly rate for this job is $35.80 – $42.10 with benefits. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
