SFDC + Oracle CPQ Instructional Designer - Temporary

In a typical day, the temporary SFDC / CPQ Instructional Designer partners closely with product owners, SMEs, and enablement stakeholders to understand upcoming system enhancements and their impact on end users. They translate functional changes into clear training requirements, design and develop targeted learning assets such as simulations, quick reference guides, and short eLearning modules, and prepare materials for timely launch aligned to release schedules. The role also includes monitoring learner effectiveness through surveys and simulations, hosting office hours to support adoption, and responding to end-user questions to ensure new functionality is understood and applied correctly.

How You'll Make An Impact :

• Partnering with product owners and SMEs to understand system functionality changes and associated training requirements
• Determining the most appropriate training approach for each change (e.g., simulations, quick reference guides, videos, eLearning, or live support)
• Designing, developing, and launching training materials aligned to release timelines
• Monitoring end-user knowledge, skills, and abilities through simulations, surveys, and feedback loops
• Supporting broader enablement activities, including office hours and just-in-time support, to reinforce adoption and address user questions

What You Bring :

Compensation : The estimated hourly range for this position is $45.96 to $85.00  per hour at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.  As a temporary associate, your employment will be managed directly through our approved agency provider.
