Servpro of Fayetteville, Robeson & Bladen County is looking for a highly motivated and sales-driven Emergency Recovery Coordinator (Fire Chaser). In this role, you will be on the front lines, assisting property owners in their time of need while building relationships with emergency response agencies and the community.

Key responsibilities include :

• Respond promptly to emergency property situations and manage incoming leads.
• Consult with property owners affected by fire, water, or other disasters, providing guidance on recovery solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with emergency response teams and local agencies.
• Educate customers on our services and close opportunities on the spot.
• Participate in community outreach to promote awareness of our emergency restoration services.
• Track leads from emergency notification systems and maintain customer records.
• Provide emergency recovery kits and support to impacted property owners.
