Responsibilities :

• Performs financial due diligence for clients who are acquiring and divesting businesses
• Participates in client meetings and site visits while interacting with top-level management to obtain pertinent information for financial analysis
• Prepares detailed financial analyses to help clients evaluate their acquisition decisions and financing requirements
• Uses various software tools as designated by the firm
• Interacts with the other functional areas of the practice including tax, audit, and other consulting practices
• Assists in preparing proposals and engagement letters

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range : $101,000 - $203,000. Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
