Join Step Up Go as a Travel COTA! If you're a motivated COTA seeking flexibility, adventure, and career growth, Step Up Go offers statewide 13-week travel assignments with all the benefits of full-time employment.

What You'll Do

  • Support OTRs in delivering meaningful, functional therapy interventions
  • Help residents regain independence and skills for everyday living
  • Complete 13-week assignments across Florida
  • Bring creativity and compassion to facilities where help is needed most

    • What We're Looking For

  • Associate degree from an accredited OTA program
  • Active Florida COTA license or eligibility
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability
  • Passion for resident-centered rehabilitation
