Required Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of general insurance terminology
Experience in processing claims involving uninsured motorists
Ability to handle multiple client workflows and adhere to specific requirements
Experience in conflict management and handling difficult conversations
Familiarity with Best Claims Practices and internal processes
