[job_card.job_description]Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or potential disturbances. Observe and report security-related incidents or hazards encountered during patrols to Allied Universal management and / or client representatives as required. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry into the location. Maintain detailed and accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation as directed by Allied Universal guidelines. Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and staff to address inquiries or concerns related to security-related matters. At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. CPR or first aid is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
