A company is looking for a Dispute Analyst who will handle incoming dispute claims and first payment defaults.
Key Responsibilities
Intake, analyze, and research dispute claims while ensuring compliance with regulations
Professionally communicate with clients and partners throughout the dispute process
Research the validity of disputes and assist in contacting past due customers for resolution
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field, or 1 year of experience in a related field
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and internet software
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions
Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations
