Salary Range : $23.03 – $34.59 / hour (based on collective bargaining agreement)

About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you’ll play a vital role in delivering quality, compassionate care to patients under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. Your work will directly impact lives every day, helping patients feel safe, supported, and cared for during their most vulnerable moments.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct patient care as delegated by the RN within CNA licensure scope.
• Perform essential technical skills : CPR, vital signs, fluid intake / output, dressing changes, and more.
• Assist patients with personal care : bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, eating, and hydration.
• Support mobility : help patients walk, exercise, and move safely.
• Maintain unit supplies and provide clerical support as needed.
• Document patient care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team.
