Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering an environment of accountability, collaboration, and compassion.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, billing, reporting, patient flow, and system efficiency.
- Serve as the cultural anchor for the practice, ensuring alignment with our Core Values and Service Commitments.
- Partner with the doctors to manage HR and team development, which includes hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Guarantee that financial, compliance, and operational systems are consistently executed and proactively refined.
