A company is looking for a Sr. Facilities Manager to oversee multiple facilities and ensure effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations and service delivery for facilities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Lead the facility management team in maintenance programs and respond to tenant needs
Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and capital planning for facilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration
8-10 years of facility management experience, with at least 3 years as a Facility Manager
Experience in leasing, construction, engineering, and property operations
Familiarity with human resource and performance management processes
Experience with CMMS / Work Order Management preferred
