Job Description

Bridge Back to Life is a licensed OASAS Center providing Outpatient Addiction and Counseling Services in the Metropolitan New York area since 1988. Our treatment philosophy focuses on recovery from alcohol, drug, or mood-altering substance dependence and offers support for families and significant others. Our professional team incorporates Evidence-Based Practices and FDA-approved medications when clinically appropriate to provide comprehensive care.

Role Description

We are currently seeking an experienced, Full-Time, on-site Office Manager for our Staten Island clinic in Staten Island, NY. Candidate must have experience working in a medical office, supervisory experience, ability to multitask, data entry and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of the clinics, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal patient care
  • Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage
  • Manage inventory, ensuring efficient utilization of resources
  • Implement and enforce clinic policies and procedures to keep clinics safe and organized
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Act as a liaison between staff, patients and executive management to facilitate communication.

Patient Experience

  • Support a patient-focused environment by ensuring excellent customer service
  • Ensure clinics are clean, organized
  • Staff Development

  • Foster an encouraging, constructive, and collaborative work environment that enhances patient care and ensures employee fulfillment
  • Resolve conflicts and manage support staff performance
  • Report performance evaluations regularly and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Ensure staff training is current.
  • Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure Bridge Back to Life Centers is compliant with any applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA and other requirements i.e Fire Drills
  • Requirements :

  • Proven experience in office management within a healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of awards software or similar EMR programs.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of medical administrative processes and procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
  • Pay : $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
