• Experience with complex specialty claims : Toxic Tort, Asbestos Exposure, Pollution, Environmental Health Hazards, or similar.
• BA, BS, or equivalent. (JD a plus. CPCU, CCLA, SCLA highly desirable.) Shall :
• Manage and investigate complex claims with higher exposure and severity.
• Investigate, analyze, review, and resolve direct claims and reinsurance claims.
• Review coverage and loss notices.
• Establish and evaluate reserves, and evaluate liability and damages.
• Assist with developing the claims handling and litigation strategies
